  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
